Course: THJ2O (or THH3E, THH4E, THS3M, THS4M according to student need or interest), Green Industries with a Horticulture emphasis

Site: Ridgetown District High School (RDHS) or John McGregor Secondary School (JMSS)
Student Eligibility: Grade 9-12
Dates:
Students will attend in-person on alternate dates according to the cohort (Ridgetown or Chatham) that they are in. On the days that students are not in-person they will complete online activities and experiential activities at their residence.
- RDHS - July 2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 30, August 1, 6, 8
- JMSS - July 3, 5, 9, 11, 15, 17, 19, 23, 25, 29, 31, August 2, 7, 9
Program Description: This program will be experiential in focus. Students can expect to spend the in-person days on hands-on horticulture related activities both outside and in the greenhouse. Home days will include practical online activities.

form below completed.

- Students will be prepared to engage in physical activity in summer weather
- Students will be respectful of health and safety protocols
Required Course Materials:
- Clothing appropriate to the weather and working in the garden
- Appropriate footwear
- Water and snacks
- Hat and sunblock
- Internet access and an internet enabled device
