Students’ mental health and well-being is important for supporting student success and achievement, as well as promoting a sense of belonging. Students from Lambton Kent District School Board’s Student Senate (from the 2020-2021 school year) created videos to share social-emotional information and supports from School Mental Health Ontario

Kids Help Phone offers 24/7 counselling and referral services across the province. To use this free resource, children can call 1-800-668-6868, or text CONNECT to 686868.

NO PROBLEM TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL

School Mental Health Ontario has created a help-seeking resource for students called “No Problem Too Big or Too Small”.  

The aim of this resource is to support help-seeking in young people.
