Kindergarten Registration
February is Kindergarten registration at the Lambton Kent District School Board. If your child is four or five years old by December 31, 2019, we look forward to welcoming them to Kindergarten in September.

Register your child

If you missed Kindergarten registration in February, please know you can still register your child. Please contact your local school for more information.

Steps to registration

  1. Find your school

  2. Go into the school to register your child or pre-register here (please note: you must go into the school to complete registration)

  3. If you choose, you can complete the Registration Form in pdf format to bring with you, or you can fill it out when you arrive

  4. Meet our school staff

Remember to bring:

  • Birth certificate or proof of Canadian Citizenship or Residency Status (if appropriate)

  • Proof of residency (e.g. utility or tax bill, lease/rental agreement, etc.)

  • Emergency contact information

  • Your child!

The Ministry of Education requires that every student have a complete and up-to-date immunization record on file with the local Health Unit in order to attend school. Contact Chatham-Kent Public Health or Lambton Public Health to ensure your immunization records are up-to-date.
