Kindergarten Registration - KinderSTARt
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Is your child ready for Kindergarten? If your child is four or five years old by December 31, 2020, registration is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
  1. Find your local public school.

  2. Complete the ​simple, safe and secure online registration form.

  3. Call the school to make an appointment and meet our amazing staff!

It’s not too late to register your child for Kindergarten for September 2020. Please contact your local school for more information.

​Remember to bring:

  • ​Birth certificate or proof of Canadian Citizenship or Residency Status (if appropriate)
  • Proof of residency (e.g. utility or tax bill, lease/rental agreement, etc.)
  • Emergency contact information
  • Your child!

​The Ministry of Education requires that every student have a complete and up-to-date immunization record on file with the local Health Unit in order to attend school. Contact Chatham-Kent Public Health or Lambton Public Health to ensure your immunization records are up-to-date.​

EYE@K Survey of Early Years Experiences
