If you missed Kindergarten registration in February, please know you can still register your child. Please contact your local school for more information.
Steps to registration
Find your school
Go into the school to register your child or
pre-register here (please note: you must go into the school to complete registration)
If you choose, you can complete the
Registration Form in pdf format to bring with you, or you can fill it out when you arrive
Meet our school staff
Remember to bring:
Birth certificate or proof of Canadian Citizenship or Residency Status (if appropriate)
Proof of residency (e.g. utility or tax bill, lease/rental agreement, etc.)
Emergency contact information
The Ministry of Education requires that every student have a complete and up-to-date immunization record on file with the local Health Unit in order to attend school. Contact
Chatham-Kent Public Health or
Lambton Public Health to ensure your immunization records are up-to-date.
