Welcome to North Lambton Library

Our space:

We have a large spacious environment for hanging out, studying, and of course reading!  Many tables, chairs , as well as two sets of comfy couches are here. There are two large rooms, the Career Centre and the Seminar Room, ideal for quiet studying or group projects

We also have an iPad and Laptop set up at both ends of the library so you can search our collection. If you do not find what you are looking for please ask Miss Syer

Copy the following link to check out what we have in the collection on your own Computer/Mobile:

Or search "Destiny Discover" in your browser: Under location scroll to Canada and then select Ontario. Under School type in North Lambton and it should pop up. Then press "Go!" Once you have, it should save in your computer. Then enter what you're searching for (book, author, subject) and press enter or the magnifying glass on the search bar and it will enter your search!

What's going on:

Games, as well as lined paper, pens, and other material are availble for use anytime. As well usually every week we have a fun activity on a table like puzzles, colouring, makerspace, crafts, and much more! Lunch is a great place to hangout and food is welcome (just remember to cleanup your garbage). 4 laptops are set up at a table for printing, 5 laptops and 1 Chromebook are also availble for one day checkouts.

We also have Book Club that meets once a month with an online portion on Google Hangouts open to NLSS staff and students (even to non book club members), please ask for more info on how to join.

As well we have chess club that meets about twice a month.
