Friendly Reminder: Friday, June 5th is a PA Day across all Lambton Kent District School Board Schools!

High school sports history was made on Wednesday, May 27th, as Wallaceburg District Secondary School (WDSS) and Northern Collegiate Institute & Vocational School (NCIVS) faced off in the first-ever local high school girls field lacrosse game, hosted at WDSS.
This monumental milestone marks a major step forward for secondary school athletics in the region, introducing a fast-paced, dynamic sport to a new generation of female athletes.
The launch of the program was spearheaded by a dedicated group of local champions for the sport: Brian DeWagner, Tyler White & Drew Sydorko. Their collective vision and tireless efforts behind the scenes have paved the way for this historic season.

Learning to budget, choose favourite & healthy foods, and safely navigate our community are all vital life skills our students within the ALLP Program develop each year. This week’s trip to our local Shopper’s Drug Mart provided the perfect opportunity to showcase these skills.

Our NCIVS Key Club organized a cereal drive for the Inn of the Good Shepherd as part of the Inn's "Dom-Inn-OHs" community challenge. The drive concluded with a knockdown of all the donated cereal boxes. NCIVS raised over $500 in addition to the donated cereal. Well done Vikings!
