STEAM Challenge!
Students were tasked with creating the tallest freestanding snowball inspired sculpture out of mini marshmallows and toothpicks using new knowledge about structures and shapes.
The tallest standing structure was 31cm!
Free Throw Contest is back!
Monday, January 13th for Grades 4-8 during the school day.
The top 2 winners in each age division will move on to the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition being held on January 25th. Good luck!

Local artist, Ron Broda, visited the Grade 2 class to demonstrate the paper sculpture technique he has used to illustrate many children's books. Everyone was inspired to practice being artists! The class thanks a family for helping to organize this special event.
