How to Apply

Fill out an online application ​to study in Canada as an international student.

Mandatory Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration Fee in the amount of $250 CAD is required to process all applications.

Registration Fee is due regardless of whether the student attends the LKDSB International Education Program, or decides to withdraw/cancel their application prior to arrival.

Required Documentation:

The following documents are mandatory for us to process your application:

  • Passport copy

  • Original immunization records

  • Public Health Medical Forms - Appendix A, B, C

  • Transcript or report card copies from the past 3 years of school in your home country

  • Canada Homestay Network participation agreement (if living with CHN homestay)

  • LKDSB signed media consent form

Additional Recommended Documentation (not mandatory):

  • Any additional medical, allergy or relevant information to help us support you

  • Student Letter

  • Parent Letter

  • Letter of Recommendation

  • Photos

Tuition Fees & Program Refund Policy

Tuition Fees are due in full 30 days prior to the start of the program.

The $250 Registration Fee is non-refundable.

Making A Payment to LKDSB

CIBC International Student Pay

As an international student studying at Lambton Kent District School Board, we ask that you make your tuition payment using the CIBC International Student Pay platform.

With the CIBC International Student Pay online portal, you can make arrangements to securely pay your student fees in your preferred currency from anywhere in the world.

Homestay Providers & Fees

LKDSB works in partnership with Canada Homestay Network (CHN).

All homestay payments are made direct to Canada Homestay Network.
