Dear Zone Township Central School Families,

We are deeply saddened by the news of the devastating fire that occurred this morning and is still being responded to in the heart of Bothwell. Our hearts go out to all who have been impacted by this loss.

In these challenging times, it is important to remember that we are here for one another. We understand that such events can evoke a range of emotions, including fear, sadness, and uncertainty, especially for our students. Please know that our Psychology Department is available to support any student who may need help processing their feelings or simply talking about what they have experienced.

If you feel that your child may need extra support, or if you have any concerns about their emotional well-being during this difficult time, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to provide a safe, caring environment where students can receive the guidance they need.

We also encourage you to talk with your child about the fire in a way that is appropriate for their age, while reassuring them that there are many people working together to help those affected by the loss.

Our thoughts are with everyone in the Bothwell community, and we stand ready to support you and your family in any way we can.

Sincerely,

K. Aubertin
