We won't let a little rain stop us from visiting the Public Library! Miss Holly welcomed the Room 7 Kindergarten students with some amazing songs with props and a special read aloud of a childhood favourite 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar.' The children helped retell the story using felt pieces. Then there was a fun scavenger hunt all around the library to find hidden images from the story! The visit ended with a bubble dance party!

Due to the weather forecast for tomorrow, our Primary Track and Field has been rescheduled!

On Monday, the FDK room 7 class walked to Tilbury Foodland for a Field trip! We were warmly welcomed by staff and had the chance to explore and tour the store, make hamburger patties, decorate cupcakes, and scan groceries! What an amazing trip. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Tilbury Foodland!

FDK-Room 7 had a very special guest come to visit today. Paramedic Natasha came to talk to the class and everyone had a turn sitting inside the ambulance! The children were very excited to hear the different sounds that the siren makes.

It was a very egg-citing day at TAPS today! Scavenger hunts, egg decorating and estimation contests! Congrats to our winners!

Tomorrow is the last day to send a candygram and to purchase a guess in our Estimation contest! Candygrams are $1.00 and guesses for the Estimation contest are 25 cents each! Candy will be delivered tomorrow and the winner of the contest will be announced tomorrow!

Our grade 3/4 classes were excellent helpers today! Our students helped pick up sticks in the park in order to help the Tilbury Kinsmen get ready for the Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday! We were treated to a pizza lunch afterwards, graciously donated by Dominoes Pizza!
