1) Anyone interested in learning more about the film making process? The Toronto International Film Festival is sending three film and television professionals to work with students in art of writing, editing, filming, lighting, producing, etc. Please see Mr. Needham for registration immediately.
2) Our Civics class will be leading a "student vote" program for our upcoming election. Our students will be providing presentations and information for you leading up to the election. (Mr. Needham)
3) Summer COOP applications are in Student Services for any interested student. Pick it up ASAP & bring it back as soon as possible. (Mrs. Petrus)
4) Two crafts in the Library at lunch until end of next week or while supplies last. Make a wreath or decorate a plastic egg. (Miss Syer)
5) Any graduating student that hasn't applied to college for the fall, but would like to, can get their application cost covered at Lambton College's application night on April 16th. See Mrs. Petrus for more info.
6) This week members of the badminton team competed in the regional tournaments in Sarnia. Advancing to the LKSSAA tournament next week are Raelynn M and Abby R, Delaney A and Evan C, Addalyn S, Aryianna N and James G, Cadence O and Alexis W. Also, advancing as the number one seed is Anna H in Senior Girls singles and Brynne B and Brookelynn M in Junior Girls doubles. (Mrs. Sanders)

8) Tickets for the OPP vs NLSS basketball game are now for sale for a minimum donation of $2. You can buy them in the main foyer at lunch. All donations are for Relay for Life. (Mrs. Sanders)
9) A special thank you to all the Eagles that donated for Mr. T's Warriors and their breakfast program. To the families and friends beyond NLSS who contributed, an extra thanks is extended. They are nearing $500 in one week of efforts. Those efforts will get you the bagels, raisin toast, breakfast sandwiches and the snacks you know and love. The money didn't come from the money tree, it came from generous hard-working employed Eagles. (Mr. Tichenoff)
