School Within a College (SWAC)

Earn the Ontario Secondary School Diploma!

The School Within a College (SWAC) program provides adults (aged 21 or over) with the opportunity to earn their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) while studying in a college setting. Learners within 10 credits of graduating and who can commit to attending in-person are encouraged to apply.

The program combines an offering of both high school credits and college courses (also known as dual credits) that count towards both the OSSD and a post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree or apprenticeship training program.

Program Costs
There is no cost to participate in the Adult SWAC Program. All course fees, textbooks, materials and equipment are provided free of charge to participating students.

Transportation
Students who require transportation to and from the College will be provided with bus tickets to ensure they are able to attend the program. Students who have their own transportation will be provided with parking passes on campus.
