The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is inviting members of the Forest area community to share their thoughts on a potential name for the Forest Area Kindergarten to Grade 12 school.
The new school will be a consolidation of Aberarder Central School, Bosanquet Central School, Kinnwood Central School and North Lambton Secondary School. Members of the public are invited to submit names for consideration for the new facility.
The Ad Hoc Naming Committee has determined the potential name must meet the following criteria:
- A historical name which once applied to the area where the facility is located; and/or
- The name of a geographic area which the facility will serve.
The process for selecting the name for the facility will be as per the process outlined in the Naming and Renaming of Board Facilities per the Policy and Regulation.
