CK Public Health is offering COVID-19 vaccination clinics specifically for 12-17 year olds and their family members who are not yet vaccinated the weeks of June 14 and June 21. Youth must be 12 years of age by the appointment date.

CK Public Health will be promoting resources and information specifically for youth and their families in the near future.
