Queen Elizabeth II proudly celebrated Bell Let’s Talk Day by encouraging kindness, empathy, and open conversations about mental health. Students and staff wore blue and students took part in age-appropriate activities that focused on sharing feelings, supporting one another, and practicing positive coping strategies. Through classroom discussions, art, and simple mindfulness activities, students learned that it’s okay to talk about their emotions and to ask for help. Great job, Knights!
