Congratulations Lakeroad, we did it!! We not only met but surpassed our fundraising goal of $2,000 for Jump Rope for Heart! The sun was shining, the students were active, having fun and there were smiles all around. Thank you to Mrs. Clarke and the organizing crew for another great event for a worthy cause.

During Education Week students have been exploring a very large Canadian Geographic People's Atlas of Canada map through a variety activities. The map measures 11 by 8 metres and travels to LKDSB schools for students to deepen their understanding of Indigenous history and more.
