Our Great Lakes Technology Department offers a wide variety of hands on, project based learning courses. Our shops include Communications, Computers, Construction, Horticulture, Manufacturing, Technological Design, and Transportation. Our teachers bring expertise from industry to our students in the classroom. Students can begin in Grade 9 with Exploring Technologies where they will be offered a variety of projects to introduce them to future options in technological studies. In Grades 10 through 12, students can enrol in full semester technology courses to strengthen skills and gain valuable experience toward innumerable post-secondary programs and skilled trades career options.
