The Ontario government has announced additional Telephone Town Hall sessions for the provincial consultations on education reform. The Ministry of Education has informed the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) that two additional dates for the Telephone Town Hall sessions for Southwestern Ontario (which includes the LKDSB catchment area) will be held on the following dates/times:
- November 23: 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- December 6: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Individuals should visit the Telephone Town Hall section of the
consultation website to pre-register and learn more. In addition, individuals, organizations and groups are also invited to share feedback through the provincial government's public consultation website (
www.fortheparents.ca) or email
fortheparents@ontario.ca. Consultations close Dec. 15, 2018.
