The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is proud to recognize the incredible dedication and innovation of our educators. Each year, the Prime Minister’s Awards celebrate teachers and early childhood educators who go above and beyond to inspire students and prepare them for success in a rapidly changing world.
We know there are many exceptional educators within LKDSB who deserve this national recognition—and we want to give our school communities the opportunity to nominate them.
Award Categories:
Teaching Excellence – Honours elementary and secondary school teachers for their remarkable achievements and commitment to preparing youth for a digital and innovation-based economy.
Teaching Excellence in STEM – Celebrates outstanding educators in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Early Childhood Education – Recognizes early childhood educators for their leadership and exemplary practices that help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Recipients of these prestigious awards receive national recognition, a certificate from the Prime Minister, and promotion of their best teaching practices.
