For the 2026-2027 school year, changes to the scheduling of annual Identification, Placement, and Review Committee (IPRC) meetings and the transition process for students moving from Grade 8 to Grade 9 will be updated. These changes are intended to strengthen student planning, improve family engagement, support effective transitions, and reduce administrative burden.

Changes for the 2026-2027 school year:

1.All Annual IPRCs will be scheduled in the fall.

2.Grade 8 IPRCs will be scheduled and held at the elementary school.

3.Transition meetings will be held at secondary schools in late winter or early spring to support student transition planning for those students entering grade 9.
