The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Gary Girardi as our new Director of Education, effective May 1, 2025!
A dedicated educator with over 25 years of service, Gary has been a lifelong champion of student achievement, equity, and community collaboration. Having held various roles across the Board, including Superintendent of Education, his experience and commitment to creating inclusive, safe learning environments make him the perfect leader to guide the future of education in our region.
As Gary steps into this new role, he remains deeply committed to fostering a community where every student, staff member, and family feels valued and supported. With a passion for education and a belief in the power of public schools, he is excited to continue the Board's efforts in creating a thriving, innovative environment for all.

We are excited to launch our school wide fundraiser next week! Pamphlets for our What's Poppin' fundraiser were sent home today.
Orders are due through School Cash Online by February 24th. Proceeds will be put towards field trips, activities, and resources for the students of Riverview.

We are offering a Virtual Learning Option for both elementary and secondary students (Grades 4-12) in the 2025-2026 school year! 🎓
