1.      The 1st NLSS Chess tournament is underway.  We will meet Wednesday, May 13th and Friday May 15th.

2.      Eagles Beach Volleyball Tournament

Tournament Dates – May 19-22, Deadline for team sign up is May 14th.  Sign up sheet will be on the white board by the boys change room.  Games will happen during lunch on the beach volleyball courts behind the school.  (Mr. Wilson)

3.      Girls Rugby  - will practice today after school in preparation for our tournament on Thursday.    Season fees and permission forms for our tournament next week need to be handed in ASAP.

4.      There will be a Relay Team Captains’ Meeting in Room 245 tomorrow (Tuesday) at the start of lunch!  If you are the team captain and cannot attend a member of your team must come in your place.  (Mrs. Sanders)

5.      Awesome Eagles Day is this Friday, May 15th.  There will be a brief meeting at the START of lunch today in room 215 for those helping with Awesome Eagles.

6.      Kineto Youth Film contest is due this Friday!  If you are interested in using film equipment or editing software, please speak to Mr. Needham or Miss Syer.

8.      Super Smash Bros Tournament.  After the May long weekend we will be having a tournament in the library.  There are prizes to be won for top 3 players.  Staff and students are encouraged to participate.  Sign up now!

10. Yearbook Sale!  It’s now been a week since the 2025/2026 Trending through the Decades Yearbook has been available to be pre-ordered on School Cash Online for $45.  Make sure to pre-order this awesome yearbook that the Yearbook class has proudly been working on throughout the semester before it’s gone forever!  Worry that you won’t like the way the yearbook looks, don’t worry, you can catch  sneak peeks of the yearbook in the halls and on our social medica, so make sure to keep an eye out for those sneak peeks, and you might also catch a glimpse of our mascot, Hampton the Eagle, doing crazy awesome things to advertise this yearbook.  If you regret not getting the 2024/2025 yearbook, you’re in luck, as we have 9 copies left which can also be purchased on School cash Online for $45.
