6) Last night the Eagles Baseball team finally put it all together. Lead by pitchers Nathan L and Emmett J the boys took down Chatham Kent 12-3. The team totaled 12 hits while only giving up 3 and made many strong plays defensively in the field. Next up is the season finale in Forest on Thursday against UCC. (Mr. Eberlin)

9) Our local farmers have been so busy and you can see it by all the pumpkins that are showing up at grocery stores and orchards. October 1st is National Pumpkin Seed Day.
