1) The Esports Team will be starting again and we are looking for more members. Anyone interested in playing Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, or Rocket League at a competitive level then please come for a meeting next week in the library or talk to Miss Syer about it in the library sometime.
2) Today is the last day to make a craft for the Forest Fair in the library at lunch. If you decide not to enter the craft in the fair you can also make one just for fun. (Miss Syer)

All Students must report to their last period class
Students wearing their colour run shirts will go down to the soccer field once their teacher has taken their attendance
Students NOT participating are to remain in class for the period
Students participating will gather on the soccer field
Students who are participating will remain outside for the entire period, leave items in your locker! You will have time to go to your locker to get your things when we are done
4) There will be a Drama Club meeting today at the beginning of lunch. Come prepared to discuss your Trivia Night song. See everyone Thursday at the start of lunch. (Mrs. Bernardi)
5) The Jr & Sr Boys volleyball team kick off their season today here at home against LCCVI. Come out and support the Jrs at 5 pm and the Srs right after the Jr game. Team members should arrive at the school one hour before game time. (Mr. Eberlin)
6) Yearbook is in need of photographers. Sports have started and we want to represent them in this year's book. Stop by room 316 to discuss your photo opportunities. PS. Photographers can also grab a snack. (Mrs. Smit)
7) Last night our Junior Girls' basketball team opened up their first LKSSAA basketball season with a big 24-9 victory over the MacGregor Panthers. Our girls dominated play and were never in danger of losing this game. Great defense and strong team play was contributed by all. Lending the way for the Eagles was Meaghan G with 9 points and Lylah B with 6 points. Miranda M led the way defensively for the Eagles grabbing every loose ball and controlled every rebound. 8) Last night our Senior Girls basketball team opened up their season last night with what has become expected of these girls... A huge 51-35 victory over the MacGregor Panthers. Leading the way for your Eagles was Alexis W with 15 points, Ally R with 10 and Lily H with 8 points. Great work Ladies! (Mr. Willemse)
