Track and Field Reminder
Congratulations to Ms. Vaughan’s incredible Grade 4/5 class! Last night, they were honoured with a 1st place award at the Lambton Film & Food Festival for their powerful and heartfelt video, “Our Connection to the Land.” Their passion, creativity, and heartfelt message touched everyone’s hearts—this victory is a shining testament to their dedication and the profound bond they share with the land. We couldn’t be prouder of you!
Due to the rain, we have rescheduled the Grade 4–8 Track and Field Day to Monday, May 26. The alternate rain date is Wednesday, May 28. Thank you!

Once again, the amazing NLSS music teacher, Mr. MacDougall, has incorporated some of our local elementary students into his High School Musical Production! If you'd like to support this collaborative work, you can purchase tickets for the show!
Tickets for Frozen Jr will be on sale on Mon. May 5 from 3 to 4pm and Tues. May 6 from 3 to 4pm outside the cafeteria at NLSS. $10 for adults and $5 for students (Gr. 8 and under).
Shows are on Thurs. May 8 at 7pm, Fri. May 9 at 7pm, and Sat. May 10 at 2pm and 7pm.
We will also have Frozen shirts available in various sizes for $10.
