The Ad Hoc Committee is to be comprised of:
- two trustees, appointed by the Board (one to chair the committee)
- one facility administrator (principal or principal designate if applicable)
- two representatives of the School Advisory Councils (if applicable)
- two community representatives, and
- one member of the senior administration.
The Committee will likely meet 3 to 4 times between September and the end of November 2017.
