​Chatham-Kent Public Health notified the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) that on November 8, 2021 that Dr. David Colby, Medical Officer of Health for Chatham-Kent, has declared the COVID-19 outbreak at Thamesville Area Central Public School over.

The Lambton Kent District School Board appreciates the ongoing partnership and support of Chatham-Kent Public Health.

Students, staff and families are encouraged to remain vigilant and follow the health and safety protocols in place to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19, including completing the daily school screening assessment tool. Together, we will continue to support a safe operation of schools.​
