On May 24, 2024, the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) and the Occasional Teachers of the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario reached a local tentative agreement. 

The tentative local agreement is subject to ratification by both parties. Details will be available following ratification.
