Lambton Public Health notified the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) that on November 5, 2021 that Dr. Sudit Ranade, Medical Officer of Health for Lambton County, has declared the COVID-19 outbreak at Queen Elizabeth II Public School - Petrolia over.

The Lambton Kent District School Board appreciates the ongoing partnership and support of Lambton Public Health.

Students, staff and families are encouraged to remain vigilant and follow the health and safety protocols in place to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19, including completing the daily school screening assessment tool. Together, we will continue to support a safe operation of schools.​
