The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO) and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF) have confirmed their members will join colleagues across the province in a one-day legal strike action (full withdrawal of services) on Friday, February 21, 2020.

As such, all Lambton Kent District School Board elementary and secondary schools and programs are CLOSED to students on Friday, February 21, 2020. Elementary and secondary schools and programs will reopen to students on Monday, February 24, 2020.
