Please join Dr. Dean Kriellaars and both the Lambton Kent District School Board and St. Clair Catholic District School Board on October 25 at St. Patrick's Catholic High School and October 26 at Winston Churchill Public School from 6:30-8 p.m. to learn about the ABC's of physical activity and how it can help young people (and adults) become physically and mentally healthier.
