Full-time Lambton Kent District School Board secondary students are invited to apply to become a Student Trustee.
Student Trustees provide student voice on the LKDSB Board of Trustees. Elected Trustees will attend all Board Meetings and serve on the Student Senate.
NEW: Indigenous Student Trustee position
Students who identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit (FNMI) are invited to apply for the Indigenous Student Trustee position.
Please contact your Principal if you are interested in applying. Each secondary school will nominate one non-Indigenous student and one Indigenous student for each Student Trustee position. Elections will occur at the Student Senate Meeting on April 24, 2018, beginning at 4 p.m.
Hours served will count towards your Community Involvement Activities. Student Trustees will receive a Student Trustee Honoraria for serving on the Board.
