​Dear Parents/Guardians,

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022, there was a false safety alarm at Brooke Central Public School. As a precaution, all students and staff were safely evacuated. Local Fire Rescue Services cleared the building for re-entry at approximately 12:15 p.m.

Student and staff safety are a top priority for the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB). The LKDSB appreciates the cooperation of staff in following the proper protocols to safely remove students from the area.
