On October 23, 2020, the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF) District 10 reached a tentative agreement.
The agreement is subject to ratification by both parties. Details will be available following ratification.
“We are pleased to reach a tentative agreement with OSSTF," said Chair Jane Bryce. “We appreciate the ongoing dedication and commitment of OSSTF staff to supporting student achievement and well-being."
A provincial collective agreement between OSSTF, the Council of Trustees' Association and the Government of Ontario was ratified in May 2020.
