​Hello all ice hockey players. 

We are looking for all students who are currently or have recently played organized ice hockey to make up our student team to play the teachers in the annual Staff vs Student Hockey game this Christmas. If you have experience and equipment please submit your name to your homeroom teacher. Homeroom teachers, please forward the names of your students to Mr. Baillie via email as soon as possible. We will have a meeting for all those who signed up at the start of next week so make sure you get your name in.

Yearbook Cover Contest

It's that time of year again! The yearbook cover contest is on. The theme is Shoot for the Stars. Show of your artistic ability and submit a front and back design by November 23rd in order to enter. Covers can be hand drawn or designed on the computer and must include the school name, year and your name. Please see Miss. Vander Kant in room 64 with questions and submissions.

Intramurals

Intramural Volleyball begins TODAY at lunch with a game between the "Volley Llamas" and the "Net Ninjas". Team lists are posted by the gym if you are not sure which team you are on! Game time is 11:05!

Turkey Dinner

Hello there turkey Lovers.... This December 13th will be our 10th free turkey dinner here at AMSS for all. We only have 6 people signed up to bring in turkeys and we need 14 in total. Please note that it is very important to have these brought in as soon as possible so that the work load is spread out for the foods program. So get those birds in .....there are great deals in the states right now. Thank you Mrs. Webb
