We are saddened to see the crisis in Eastern Europe and our thoughts are with our Ukrainian students and community members and the people of Ukraine. We know there are students and staff members who are directly or indirectly impacted by the current events and may be experiencing difficulty at this time.
At this time and throughout the school year, educators, students and families are reminded about the supports that are available, and we will continue be responsive to individual needs. Should you have any concerns about personal or a student's well-being, we encourage staff and families to contact your school to learn more about student supports that are available. Resources for students and families are available through the LKDSB Mental Health website. Staff members are encouraged to access the Employee and Family Assistance Program.
