The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) has received the approval of the Ministry of Education to sell a surplus site at 275 Wellington Street, Sarnia, Ontario on the open market.
“Following approval from the Ministry of Education, the LKDSB will be moving forward with placing the surplus property located at 275 Wellington Street, Sarnia for sale on the open market,” said Director John Howitt. “The sale of surplus properties of the LKDSB is conducted in accordance with Ontario Regulation 444/98: Disposition of Surplus Real Property and Acquisition of Real Property.”
