LKDSB trustees approved a recommendation to award the phase two
construction tender ton August 29. The renovation and addition at the
Murphy Road site is expected to cost $23.4 million, bringing the total cost of
the project to $24.5 million. The project is expected to begin within
weeks and be complete by the time Great Lakes moves in for September, 2018.
