Welcome to North Lambton Library 

As someone who hated reading until Grade 9 I understand what it is like to be a reluctant reader.  I wanted to become a school Librarian to help others foster a love of reading. Let me help you find the perfect book to read! 

The library is open from 7:30 - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.  Come before school, eat lunch or stay after school in the library.  Nintendo Club, Esports team, and Book club are some of the clubs in the library. There are also bi-weekly crafts and other fun activities happening. 

I also can help you with research help, citations, databases, tips on using the public library and more!  Please ask to find out what I can help you with. 

Using the online library is, and always will be an option. You can put books on hold and have them delivered to your class or pick them up. Search for Destiny Discover or Go Follett in your browser.  Or copy the following link to check out what we have in the collection on your own device:  https://search.follettsoftware.com/metasearch/ui/73955. 

You can login through the large blue Lambton-SSO button and login using your Firstname.Lastname@lkdsb.com your password will be your student# or whatever password you use to log in. 

Enter what you're searching for (book, author, subject).  Click on the book you want, and press hold!  That's it.  I will then be notified and deliver it to your class.  If you have trouble or would like private delivery, please email me at my school gmail account.  You can also renew your books, request "wishes" for new material, make private lists and more on this site!
