​Lambton Kent District School Board Senior Administration was informed by the cafeteria operator, Chartwells, that the company would be closing its location at Lambton-Kent Composite School at the end of Semester 1.  The company cited low customer numbers, decreased profit margins, and the increase in minimum wage with the introduction of Bill 148 as negatively affecting profits.  As such, Chartwells decided to close this location.
