Mental wellness is a positive concept and is something we all have and need to take care of.
There IS
support available for young people who are experiencing mental health
concerns, however, according to the Children's Hospital of Eastern
Ontario, only 1 in 6 children get the help they need. The earlier a young person gets help, the better so if you are concerned about someone, please reach out.
