WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE COVERAGE is provided by
     the Ministry of Education during scheduled co-op hours; the
     employer assumes responsibility for WSI coverage for any paid
     employment or work done beyond the agreed upon co-op hours.

  Pay is recommended once students are registered apprentices
     (although it is not mandatory as long as students are receiving
     co-op credits).

  It is the employer's responsibility to provide a safe and supervised
     learning environment.
