The Lambton Kent District School Board accepts general applications for the following subject areas on an on-going basis: Core French, French Immersion, Broad Based Technology (all areas) and Native Language Studies. Please submit through Apply To Teach.  www.applytoteach.com  This provides a bank of potential applicants in the event of vacancies occurring in these high needs areas when there are no applicants that have applied to posted vacancies.  Please submit a cover letter, resume and a copy of your  current OCT to Apply To Teach.  We do not post for supply positions.  We access the bank of applicants on an as-needed basis.                    

                                                                                       

We welcome applications from New Teaching Graduates for posted permanent vacancies with the understanding that should job offers be made, they are conditional upon Ontario College of Teacher’s Qualification information.    Please refer to the applicable area of interest and follow the respective application process.  If you wish to submit an application to our Board for supply teaching, please do so through Apply To Teach.  Please submit a cover letter, resume and a copy of your  current OCT to Apply To Teach.  We will put a posting on Apply To Teach when we replenish our supply list.  Resumes for supply teaching will only be accepted through Apply To Teach.  www.applytoteach.com

If you are interested in supply teaching, please submit a cover letter and resume and a copy of your OCT to www.applytoteach.com .  Please include in your cover letter whether you are elementary and/or secondary qualified, and the geographical area you are interested in; whether it is the Chatham-Kent area, Sarnia-Lambton area or both.   There will be a posting issued on Apply to Teach for those interested in supply teaching once a year, usually early April.

                                                                                 

If you are retiring this school year from the Lambton Kent District School Board and are interested in supply teaching, please submit a one-page letter to the name and address stated at the end of this section including the following information:

 Name
Phone number
  Interested in supplying at Elementary and/or Secondary panel
  Geographical area/schools you would like to supply
  Degrees and subject areas (i.e. French, Science, Tech etc.)  
  Proof of Membership in Good Standing from the Ontario College of Teachers.

When we replenish the supply list, your request will be considered at that time.  Retirees are no longer automatically added to our supply list.
