Where to get help

There IS support available for young people who are experiencing mental health problems however, according to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, only 1 in 6 children get the help they need.  The earlier a young person gets help, the better so if you are concerned about someone, please reach out.

If you have concerns about someone, please notify your school in order to access supports at the LKDSB or seek out community supports below.
